🔍 Where’s my stuff?
All our orders come with a tracking number for that little extra piece of mind. If your order doesn’t come within 7 business days for standard shipping (2 business days for expedited shipping), contact us and we will be happy to track your package for you.

Please note: We do not have any control over shipping carriers and all shipping time frames are average estimates. External factors, such as strikes, weather, etc. can delay the arrival of your package.
🚫 Can I Cancel My Order?
You must contact us within 24 hours if you would like to cancel your order. We cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.
💔 My Item Arrived Damaged
We ship all our items with extra padding. We pay especially close attention to fragile items. However, our customers report 1 in 500 products arrive broken due to transit.
If this happens, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package and provide us with the following:
- Your Order Number
- A picture of the damaged product
Once received, we will be happy to send you a replacement.
🏭 Where are your products manufactured in?
Our products are designed in Japan and manufactured in one of our partner factories either in Japan or China.
